BACKTHREADING: Always, my life can be hectic at times, so backtagging is a dear friend.
FLIRTING: Of course! Emmanellain will VERY LIKELY beat you to it, especially if you are a beautiful young lady.
PHYSICAL CONTACT: Go for it, depending on how close your character is to Emmanellain, his reaction will vary, he might either get the ~wrong idea~ (wonk), or be a little perturbed that he's being touched. If you're a pretty lady, he really won't complain. At all.
INJURE/KILL: Plot with me first, but I am okay with injury more than death, but both should be plotted out first. I am always open for possibilities tho!!

Canonically, Emmanellain is a huge gossip, so much so, people say he could gossip for the city which he hails. As such, he will be trying to sniff out any random deets about people through the network, or through people. What does he do with this information? Not a whole lot, but he's a gossip, so he has some loose lips, and so anything that he finds out will likely be known by a good number of people eventually.
And that's why I need you (yes you) to fill this out for me:

If yes, what can he unearth: Anything that's public.
Anything else: Highlights of what's public include: House has a variety of fake names he's used on the network. It seems that most are agreed that his actual first name is Greg, but he hates when people use it. His last name is not public knowledge though he claimed his name is Gregory Khan. Haurchefant knows him as Dr. Quinn. He has at various times claimed to be a doctor, but has also claimed to be a janitor. He's publicly attempted to diagnose people, though. He has spoken to Haurchefant about having been the son of someone in the military and generally displayed an understanding of geopolitical and military issues. He's publicly expressed positive interest in music, astronomy, monster trucks, Hiro's bot fighting, and Jim's solar surfing... along with more sarcastic interest in fashion. There was a public discussion of him having a crush on 'Dr. Epps,' which he facetiously confirmed, along with trying to stir the pot to make Clayton's love life sound like a soap opera. He's also displayed his ability to play the piano quite well over the network.
